TAKING IT SLOW

The fantastic growth in popularity and recognition for Schalk's artworks, reached another level this month with him taking the cover of the extremely prestigious British Airways Business Class Lounge publication, SLOW.

Over the last 2 years, Schalk's work has become more and more sought after by collectors and galleries.

Having him on the cover of such a premium magazine come as no surprise to one of his gallerist's Tyrone Selmon from Art Eye Gallery. "Schalk's work and work ethic is quite incredible to observe. The fact that his unique style is celebrated by SLOW magazine, comes as no surprise. It's well deserved and only the beginning of much greater things for this amazing artist," says Selmon.
